Deborah and Mark are working with Brian to change the verbiage in =20 the loss statement to reflect that it would be a partial payment =20 instead. 2. It was understood that the $10,000 is the maximum allowed for the =20 ADA improvements. 3. Claim #2 is pending Brian's and carrier's approval. Estimate over =20 $32,000 for the repair to the damage to the roof caused by scaffolding =20 and heavy weight from construction materials. 4. The estimate to repair substructure of the roof is not going to be =20 done by the original roofer. Deborah and Mark are trying making sure =20 that the roof will be under guarantee/warranty. Question is from =20 which roofer. Deborah suggested that the original roofer be utilized =20 to work on the repair for claim #2. Brandon explained he had =20 contacted the roofer, but they did not pursue the job. Once the =20 substructure is repaired, Brandon will contact our original roofer to =20 try to get the same warranty in place, then request the roofer to =20 patch the roof. Goal here is to make sure all repairs be under =20 warranty. 5. I asked Brandon if he contact Ralph as he said he would in last =20 week's meeting. He said he had not, but has been in contact with =20 Nathan. 6. Nathan said Ralph is standing by to assist with the plans for the =20 ADA compliant job...we just need to get his pricing. 7. Deborah reported that she had sent letters to JSM & Frymers and =20 only heard back from Frymers denying responsibility. 8. Brandon asked if we want him to start submitting the drawings? =20 Brian responded and attorneys agreed that he should submit them. Ellen
